Fixer Datapad (fixer-datapad.com) is a free, fan-made companion for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game. It collects the minimum data needed to run the site and the FixerBot Discord bot. Nothing is sold, shared or monetised, and there is no advertising or third-party analytics on any page.

1. Signing in

Fixer Datapad has a single sign-in method: Discord. There is no password, and no other identity provider. When you authorise the app, Discord sends us:

  • Your Discord user ID β€” the key your account is stored under
  • Your display name β€” shown on the decks and trade lists you publish
  • Your avatar URL β€” displayed in the site header
  • Your email address β€” used only to recognise your account; we never send marketing email

We never receive your Discord password, your servers, your messages or your friend list. Signing out clears the session cookie immediately.

2. Cookies

One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is required for the Crew Builder, the Stash and the Black Market to work, and it holds nothing but an opaque session identifier. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

3. What you create on the site

Stored in our database, attached to your account, for as long as your account exists:

  • Crews / decks β€” names, descriptions, card lists and visibility settings
  • Your Stash β€” the cards and quantities you record, plus any private notes you add
  • Black Market listings β€” the cards you offer or look for, and the trade offers you exchange with other players

Public decks and public trade lists are visible to anyone with the link; private ones are visible only to you. You can change that at any time.

4. FixerBot on Discord

When you use a slash command, the bot receives the command, its arguments, your Discord user ID and the server ID. This is processed in memory only and is not stored or logged. The bot never reads the rest of your conversations.

5. Rogue, the AI companion

Rogue is an optional assistant. When you send it a message, that message, the recent messages of the same conversation and a small amount of Cyberpunk TCG context assembled on our server (card, keyword and rules data) are sent to a third-party AI inference provider to generate the answer.

We do not send your name, email, Discord ID or IP address to that provider. Your Rogue conversations are not stored on our servers and are never used to train models. Rogue is read-only and can never modify or delete your data. Its answers are generated by a model and may be wrong β€” check anything important against the rules browser.

6. What we never collect

  • No browsing, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking
  • No message logs, private messages or chat history
  • No payment or financial information β€” Fixer Datapad never handles money, and shows no card prices
  • No location data

7. Technical data

The server keeps short-lived operational logs (request paths, error traces) to keep the site healthy, plus non-personal counters such as the total number of bot commands used. Rate limiting uses your IP address transiently; it is not stored with your account.

8. Third parties

  • Discord β€” sign-in and the bot (see Discord's privacy policy)
  • AI inference provider β€” only for Rogue, and only the data described in section 5
  • Google Fonts β€” the site loads two webfonts from Google's font CDN

There is no analytics provider, no advertising network and no marketplace integration.

9. Deleting your data

Ask and everything tied to your account β€” profile, decks, stash and trade listings β€” is deleted. Write to johnniy5@protonmail.com from the address linked to your account, or ask through Discord.
