Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

By using Fixer Datapad — the website at fixer-datapad.com and the FixerBot Discord bot — you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. What Fixer Datapad is

Fixer Datapad is a free, fan-made companion for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game, run by players in their spare time. It offers:

  • The Datapad — a searchable database of every card, with rules text, printings and errata
  • The Crew Builder — build, validate, save and share decks (3 Legends, 40–50 cards, RAM limits)
  • The Stash — track the cards you own
  • The Black Market — organise card-for-card trades with other players
  • The Playmat — a solo sandbox for testing a crew
  • The Rules browser and the How to play guide
  • FixerBot — the same card and rules lookups inside Discord

2. Accounts

Signing in uses Discord only. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for everything done through it on this site. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers other users.

3. Your content

Decks, stash entries, notes and trade listings you create stay yours. By marking something public you allow other users to view, copy and clone it. You can make it private or delete it at any time.

You agree not to publish names, descriptions or messages that are offensive, harassing, deceptive or illegal. We may remove such content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Trading on the Black Market

The Black Market is only a matchmaking tool. Fixer Datapad is not a party to any trade: it does not handle money, does not display or estimate card prices, does not verify card condition or authenticity, and takes no commission. Everything you agree with another player — shipping, timing, disputes — is between the two of you. Trade carefully and only with people you are willing to trust.

5. Prohibited use

  • Automated scraping, command flooding, or any attempt to overload the service
  • Circumventing rate limits, authentication or access controls
  • Impersonating another player, or using trades to defraud someone
  • Anything illegal, or anything that breaks Discord's own terms

6. Card data and intellectual property

Cyberpunk, Cyberpunk 2077 and the Cyberpunk TCG are trademarks of their respective owners (CD PROJEKT S.A. and the Cyberpunk TCG publisher). Fixer Datapad is a fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Card images, card text and the comprehensive rules belong to their owners and are shown here for informational purposes. The site's own code, design and written guides belong to the project. If you hold rights to material shown here and want it removed, contact us and it will be taken down.

7. Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Features can change or disappear, and data — including your saved decks — can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you care about. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of the service, including trades arranged through it.

Card data, rules text and guides may be out of date or wrong. For anything official, use the publisher's own documents.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the site evolves; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

9. Privacy

How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
